My friend went in to get some new shoes. He has stunted growth so he can only wear junior shoes. An assistant laughed at him telling him he can’t be an adult if he such tiny feet and has to wear juniors. We won’t be coming back there again. There are better shoe shops that are more respectful.

As a person with a slight mobility problem, It was disapointing not to see staff upstairs once I had finally made it to the top. I had a good look around at the items and needed some help but was unable to go back down to ask and back up again so sadly had to leave. Store was tidy and clean
