customer service was very impressive, price very very competitive, i was able to buy my steel toe cap trainers, a waterproof goretex jacket, and overalls. many thanks for your patience. I will recommend the shop, as this afternoon after visiting 5 other stores, city surplus was able to meet my product requirements. 5* 10/10

Looking for a pair of gloves to keep you warm on your bicycle this winter? This is the shop for you! Good selection at good prices and a friendly teller make for a comfortable time at this store. They however don't have a card reader (at the time of this review).

I first went into this shop about 25 years ago and used to go there often. Went back in for the first time in years and they were so helpful and kind and dug right to the back of a display case to find the tiny item she knew was there somewhere (That Blacks and others did not have).

Really great fantastic service. You can get what you need to keep warm good boots. Rucksacks are good too. Sell army gear,really good quality and really great prices. Waterproof gear,camping everything you need to survive. This is a survival shop. Sell waterproof jackets sleeping bags. Thermal underwear. T shirts every survival clothing and sleeping bags. brilliant shop.

Staff were very friendly, prices were very reasobable and the variety of stuff they are selling was very cool
