Good quality products as we all know it. This branch top it all with their great service. Staff weren't pushy or on our face like many shops. We were given some space to browse, yet when asked to be at our service, they are always on standby to help, with gracious attitude. Still very pleasant despite needing their help many times LOL. Great place for outdoor clothing. Some good prices. I bought a pair of thermal hiking trousers for a trip to Iceland. They kept me nice and warm in minus 10.

Poor attitude when asked why they were shut at 17:45. I was told that staff want to go home at 6pm and they needed to cash up! I travelled an hour after work to get here!
