Horrible customer service, they don't have a clue what they are doing with people there. There is a disconnection between the people working there and customers suffer from their miscommunication. You might as well shop elsewhere...

The two male staff members I encountered were extremely unhelpful, arrogant, unprofessional and rude. AVOID
I highly recommend the Bromley branch, who are very helpful and friendly

Everything you need for outdoor activities.The cashier was nice but did not ask if we needed help so cash and wrap shop for me.
