Really friendly store, the staff have brilliant knowledge of the outdoor products they sell. They were brilliant in helping me choose the right stuff for my trip, nothing was ever to much trouble.

Standards have slipped with regards to the choice of stock and the staff have been extremely unhelpful on both of my recent visits. I'm not going to bother going here in future as I've discovered more friendly places to shop for my outdoor clothing.

I needed a specific pair of trainers. They needed to be waterproof, black and comfy. Aron the shop assistant helped me, he was fantastic👍. His product knowledge was incredible, his customer service was top class✨. I bought the trainers he recommended👍. When I got home, I used the trainers for a 2 mile walk, they were perfect. Well done to Aron, he is a credit to the team. The female assistant at the till was also super friendly and helpful👍. I'm sure all of the staff are incredible. I Highly Recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great selection of jackets perfect for my winter hikes! Picked up a couple of walking socks aswell. Friendly staff and good prices

They don't know their products too well also I was told that they don't sell the fleece that zips in to the berghaus jackets they sell
