staff were excellent as usual we have used trespass for many years ,the first time i have ever tried to return an item and it all goes down hill .The trousers are moskitokill TP 75 at 79.99 not cheap,i tried them on at home and my legs/body started itching all over after i had walked up and down the stairs several times
The finish on the inside is poor and fit is terrible.The item they said was marked possibly from before i bought itand they would not take the item back or even issue a credit note? A good scrub in the shower got rid of the itching they must have been used before?

Lovely ladies who work here are always happy to help and advise. Anything not in stock in the shop can be ordered online and click and collect. Very easy process, as are returns.

Trespass has a good range of clothing and equipment for anyone from hill and dog walking to trekking and a price range to fit without comprising quality and comfort 😀.
