Mountain Warehouse Haywards Heath

To Mountain Warehouse Customer Service,
I would like to make a formal complaint about the manager at your Haywards Heath store. I returned two items this afternoon with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase and was made to feel very guilty by the manager. My refund in cash was thrown down on the counter at me and when I asked for the £20 note to be changed because it was rolled up, ripped and had blood on it, I was told 'it’s fit for tender!' I asked again for it to be changed and unwillingly it was but, yet again the money was thrown at me over the counter. I have found this customer service experience very upsetting and urge this to be investigated?

Well equipped store with vast selection of handy outdoor stuff and clothes. Staff is friendly and aways ready to help and/or respond to any question. Pleasure to spend money here.

The staff are very friendly and helpful to customers. Price is competitive with quality products. They ask you if you are working in NHS for them to give you a discount which I really appreciate. They will be closing in the next few days for renovation but will surely wait for them to open back.

Some good bargains at the moment as the store is closing down in September. Was a bit of a wait to pay as only one till working but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Another discount place with perma offers. Allegedly closing down and "up to 70% off", some good deals to be had but then plenty of things not on offer and the walking boots were expensive compared to what I would expect and discounted to normal prices.

Wanted to try on 3 shoes. Couldn't find 1 pair, gave me the wrong size to try on for the second pair and gave up with the 3rd pair. Staff took so long they missed on potentially 3 sales. Very disappointing.

Like a jumbled mess..cant find anything really..overpriced .....millets or blacks better...

Not what they used to be!
Untidy and confusing presentation and the price of sale items seemed high, compared to pre Covid times.
