Farrow & Ball Cambridge Showroom

Perhaps a little expensive, but the results are well worth it. Really lovely colours, and a durable finish. The staff took plenty of time to help us pick the right colours.

We love working with Farrow & Ball products, they are really very special and the look and finish that they bring to a job can not be beaten or replicated. We have worked closely with the Cambridge Showroom on a number of projects. We would reccommend highly having a colour consultation with Lauren. Working with her was inspiring and amazing and she knows about colour. Tammy has always been very helpful to us and all of the team there. As professional decorators, we really appreciate the way this product has advanced and it is becoming our favourite paint. Call in the showroom for inspiration and advice.

Throughly pretentious member of staff (didn’t get a name) but my wife and I were left feeling like we weren’t good enough for their paint or her time?! I felt like it was such an arduous task to talk us through the colour options we were interested in, however we finally (we were in there no more than 5 mins max!) settled on one and decided to purchase one of the sample size pots to test at home. We asked if we could leave the pot at the shop while we continued shopping in Cambridge, which we did. We confirmed with the member of staff the closing time of 1730. We arrived back at the shop at 1710 to find it closed with no explanation posted on the door. Whilst outside 2 other customers arrived, one in a car with a large quantity of paint in the boot, and a lady who had cycled some distance to get there before closing. Both were as disappointed as us to find the shop closed early. I contacted their customer service line, found online, and (thankfully) the very helpful lady on the telephone - Maria - offered to refund us our purchase and send a sample pot to our address. But she had no available explanation of the early closing... Perhaps the staff wanted to get a head start on their weekend after the stress of dealing with all those inferior shoppers during the day.

I was visiting Cambridge from Deal in Kent for a couple of days. I popped in for help with a colour palette, and the lady made suggestions of combinations that wouldn’t have occurred to me. Studio Green for wood, Elephants Breath for walls. Very patient and helpful; and also recommended the wonderful Parker’s Tavern across the road to have a coffee and shield from the rain today, which was stunning. A great experience

We popped in here on a whim yesterday and I believe we dealt with Ali. She was wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgable and patient with our indecisiveness. Who knew there were so many shades of blue?
Ali took lots of time to go through all our different options.
She showed us the F&B website which is amazing but doesnt beat actually talking it through. Very positive experince.

Attended the shop to get a better look at the colours. We were ignored at first and then the sales assistant came over and I wish we had remained being ignored. Her tone was patronising and pretty rude to be honest. Maybe it is because I look younger than their regular customers and she thought I was time wasting. It has been awhile since I’ve been treated like that and Farrow and Ball have lost a customer.

We had a fabulous experience in the Farrow & Ball store earlier today. Hayley spent a long time talking us through options & did an incredible job of helping us pull together a set of paint colours for our house. We are thrilled with what we've ended up with. Thank you so much.
