Beautiful little walk, football pitch, benches, and dog free so don't have to constantly watch your step. A haven of peace away from busy roads. Lovely to watch the seasons changing if you're a regular

It's a well maintained park with a pond, trails and lots of vegetation! Good to let the kids run around and explore! No dogs allowed which is a bit of a shame.

This is a lovely little area. Shows obvious signs of care and attention. The moziac trail is lovely and had my 6yo running around excited to find the next. The maze and sundial are cute and it is treated well by visitors as it was all in really lovely condition.
No dogs are allowed, a leisurely stroll round took about 30 minutes with a mental 6 year old.

My favourite local open space. Wonderfully cared for, by volunteers. A great place to walk in any season. A nice addition of a duck and drake to the pond!

I go nearly every day as I live nearby. You will hardly ever see rubbish or any serious safety hazards as the volunteers do so well looking after it. Sadly, during the lockdown I did see two silly people bring their dogs. It ruins the eco system entirely when people selfishly do that as rabbits, badgers and all sorts of wildlife run freely through it. My husband even saw two deer. But it can't stay like that if people insist on bringing their dogs. I redirected one back on to the unused road just outside of the reserve which some people seem to use as a dog toilet because it's better than disturbing the animals in this nature reserve. If people would be so kind as not to park right in front of the gate which is over the dropped curb though - that would be kind as some of us have to use wheelchairs and that is our only way in or out of the reserve. You don't need to save energy by parking right over the gate when you are going for a walk! And there is not a lack of parking spaces!!

Nice medium sized park. Ideal for family with little kids to play. Although the pond was quite full due to consistently pouring rain in the last few days.

Nice place to go and explore with little ones, even in the winter. There's a mosaic trail and a few different places to have a picnic.
