Cogenhoe Pocket Park

Clean and tidy park. Football pitch and a play park and a single basketball hoop are there but the skate park has been taken down in recent years big open field for dog walking and there is parking aswell.

Nice walk with stream through the middle hidden at the back of the village

A beautiful little wooded area with lots of streams and bridges, perfect for walking the dog

Lovely small area of lightly managed woodland with a stream running through it and a pond in the middle. Can get muddy in the winter months. There are 3 entrances to the Pocket Park, distinct habitats and an abundance of wildlife.

It's a pleasure to have a natural outside space to take the kids around, involve them in volunteering for its upkeep and teach them about the environment.

Loved it

A very nice Pocket Park. Well maintained. Lots of nice shady trees to keep the heat of the day out. Benches scattered throughout the park if you want to rest or just take in the views. A stream runs through the middle of the park and there is also a small pond. No litter bins on site, but you are asked to take your litter home. A dog poo bin is provided at the exit. There is also a Jubilee Walk, so arm yourselves with your smart phone and prepare to scan those QR codes on the way.
