It is a well located car park just need to navigate the narrow rumps up and down as they are on the tight side.... Apart from that is good parking spaces, you are there already in John Lewis and can go to the high street. There is half an hour for free when validating the ticket in store. I didn't read that till I've paid, and there is not too expensive either. In a busy time just go to the top levels, lots of parking there.

The lack of baby/toddler parking (like most big brand parking operators) annoys the hell out of me. Packed 2.4 spaces. Just isn't good enough. There should also be at least 10% coverage of BEV fuelling by now. Increase dwell time. Good for the carpark and the surrounding businesses

Worst place to park your park for the only reason the entry and exit to each of the parking floors are so constrained and small which means you need to be careful no matter if you are a pro at roads . Just cannot imagine to earn more money they have restricted the space to mine across floors so that they can get additional parking space, so money minded. I could feel how many people would share the same frustration because I could see the scratch marks on the wall must have cost a fortune for those customers who had an incident. Advice even if this is the only choice or option left to park don’t go here 😡

height of car park states 2m yet on first slope it measures 1.90 as i found out after the roof of my vehicle came into contact with it.
10cm is a massive height difference. stay away if you have a high vehicle.

Do NOT use this carpark if you drive anything larger than a C1/Yaris/Mini Cooper.
The up/down ramps are insanely narrow, tight and impossible.
I'm surprised I managed to get my estate car out with the bumpers still intact, though this still required reversing to line up every single ramp.

I pre booked parking in this car park and despite there being a sign saying car park full pre booked cars only, people were still able to get a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park. I was unable to find a parking space the queues around the car park were ridiculous and as mentioned by other reviewers the entry and exits between floors are ridiculously narrow. Convenient for John Lewis but I wouldn’t park there again

Incredibly convenient for town and has good disabled space availability. Manoeuvring would be pretty tight in a larger vehicle. Wish these carparks would offer the first hour free! Only ever used the first level but appears clean, tidy and we'll lit, help is also available at the pay machine
