I would give this parking 0 stars if I could but google won’t let me.
I booked a parking space as we had tickets for the Science Museum (this is the closest parking I found for it). It was easy enough to find with the pictures provided. The postcode that it gives you for the directions doesn’t quite get you there. However the location on the website (on google maps) is accurate.
We booked for a Saturday from 12 noon to 5pm, about £20. When we got there the bays that are in the pictures were full of what looked like legally parked cars. There were several other bays that belonged to JustPark but they had what looked like homeless/refugees living in them, in a make shift camp site! There were some tents and lots of blankets laid out on the floor covering all the bays. 3 or 4 of the bays had lots of mopeds and scooters parked up in them and were blocked by cars and vans across them. The mopeds and scooters had young men sitting on them. They all had Deliveroo boxes on the back of their scooters and mopeds and as a group looked quite intimidating.
My wife and kids were quite shocked at the scene as it is not something we would expect to see in London. Due to COVID 19 we had a timed entry ticket for the museum and had to quickly find alternate parking. I once parked I immediately cancelled my parking booking with JustPark. I haven’t had any confirmation of the cancellation and refund yet but hope it will be processed quickly. I find it very dishonest of JustPark to still offer this parking even though you can’t park there. I know this is a long review but I hope it helps.

I pre- booked parking space at Princes Gate four days prior to my trip to the Science Museum. The directions and location was spot on. However, when we arrived there was no available parking spaces. I called and spoke to an advisor over the phone and he informed me that people illegally park in the spaces, but he can find another location. I didn't see the point as the same thing could happen again. I was so angry and belive the whole system is a total rip off. Luckily, a space became available and we was only 20mins late for our timed slot :-(
I will never use them again.

Very convenient because is next to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall. Only the spaces are a bit narrow for SUV cars.

I could have cried when I found this safe haven of parking spaces in the middle of London after driving around for hours, trying to find a space.
Be wary the spaces are tight.
