Terrible customer service, no help line. This is fairly secure but the downside is when the tech is not working you get stranded. I really needed to get my car out and the pedestrian entrance was locked, the “present your card” feature to unlock was nonfunctional. Had no choice but to squeeze under the gate, cut my arm slightly and got filthy. But at least I could get my car out. Complete joke. Only other time I used Q-Park was in Amsterdam, and had issues with their tech there also, but at least there was a help line. I’ll not be back at this one! At least my 5-year old thought it was funny even if I didn’t.

Rally great location. Easy in and out and perfect for Parliament. Was a little tight for the Ranger but that's not unusual. £9 per hour when I stopped...

I never thought I could park this close to Westminster. Really big carpark driving in and out on your license plate. Nect to parking your car this is a wonderfull spot.

I parked at Westminster but the London Office resolved my issue with speed and professionalism. Will always park in Q Park now.

Good location and good sized spaces but terrible maintenance - approximately half the lights in the car park are broken, so it's very dark across the entire car park - dangerously so in some areas (e.g. the bottom of the stairs to level -2). If you're charging £50 for 24 hours then basic maintenance should be performed. As it is, if you're vulnerable I would find somewhere else to park.

Love this car park, it's prime location for the best places and close to westminster tube. You can relax knowing its secure and well priced for a full day out
