Avoid. extortionate price with no option to park hourly despite being next to the high street?! Coupled with incredibly narrow ramps with concrete walls, covered in scrapes from people’s cars. And the threat of an £100 fine is splashed all over the place, clear that they’ll fine you just for driving in before you have a chance to realise what an awful place it is. Complete scam - never coming back!

Drove into car park. Once in, only option to pay is by Citipark App but the App is not available on Android. Google Play stated 'try later' for that App and still states that 3 days later! Called the Citipark phone number on posted sign , only to be put on hold and then cut off! Could not leave car park as would have been fined, so thankfully a remote family member was able to download the App on their iOS phone and pay on my behalf. In conclusion, an awful and distressing experience especially when urgently heading to London.

Car park is ok, needs a really good scrub, very dirty , spaces are very tight , ground and first floor is full of royal mail vans, Also the number plate recognition never works, so when you pay on departure, you have to call them each time which is frustrating ,

One good thing about this parking vs the next closest one is thar it is closer to station and £1 cheaper than waitrose parking, but waitrose is much cleaner, spacious, has a guard but is 3-4 min walk extra, ( not a issue for me, but could be for others)

Also chorylewood parking is much much better and cheaper I sometimes use that one

Terrible app didn't give timing offers and no pay machines available. Fined for incorrect timings. Avoid at all costs!!!

App hopeless on android. Despite lots of people saying for small cars only, i parked a larger vehicle. You just need to be able to drive.

Car park for small cars only, smashed glass in the doorways so I walked down the car ramp and £5 for 7 hours was a bit much. If I didn’t get a receipt I would have assumed all day meant later & then ended up with a ticket!
Best car park is opposite the Coach & Horses pub. £4 for 24 hours & plenty of normal size spaces

What can you say about a car park ? It was ok and reasonably priced but the bays are a bit narrow if you have a 4x4 !!

Tiny cars only. No room to park a normal sized vehicle. Awful.
