A very accessible station. There's 20 minute free parking on both sides of the station for when you need to drop someone off or pick someone up. In 2015 they improved the stairs and overpass connecting the different platforms to also include an elevator.

Basic station with basic amenities. The station has a limited sheltered space on every platform and a toilet facility, there is a small ticket office open during day time hours.

Indigo Parking are scam artists: they incorrectly ticketed my vehicle, lost on my appeal to POPLA, and continue to have agents send me demand notices for the fine anyway.

This is a large car park but still inadequate for the number of commuters using the station. Carpark is full by 7.30am. There is a useful large cycle rack for cyclists. The entrance to the carpark is narrow making very difficult two-way access. For the money it costs to park there should be better road access and two storey parking.

We don't usually take the train so when we didn't know what ticket we needed to buy it was a great struggle as there were NO! staff available to help us pick the correct ticket. Just them stupid train ticket machines. If they had staff it would make such a difference to everyone like us who doesn't know what tickets are best and cheapest. The station itself is very clean and pleasant. We'll served by taxis and busses too.
