Easy to find via the signage. Lots of parking slots available. But how do they charge for this based on time when half the lifts from and to the parking area are not working.

Time for me to get to terminal from entry into parking with no luggage (stairs) - 8 minutes

Time to get from terminal to payment machine with luggage (lifts) -18 minutes. Basically by their own fault, I had to pay an extra £6 on top of their already inflated rates.

Left my car here with the parking service and when I picked it back up the car had a quarter of a tank of fuel missing and my radio had been returned to BBC Asian service, a radio station I've never listened to myself.

The staff refused to give me my keys back until I signed the paperwork. No damage to the car fortunately and I almost admire the audacity to treat my car like their own personal ride. Will not use again or recommend to anyone else.

I travelled to this car park from Bristol to collect my partner who was arriving in to Terminal 3.

I travelled early in the morning (arriving at 6am) so the roads where clear and there was no issues with traffic. I drove to a McDonalds nearby and parked in the car park until my partner had landed and passed security/baggage. There is NO WHERE to park nearby the airport so I would advise driving to a nearby town and waiting until they are ready to be collected.

I used Google Maps to drive to the car park and found it very easy to locate. Just follow the overhead signs and stay in lane, the signs will take you straight into the car park with no issues. I am not a confident driver in busy areas and I did not feel stressed or anxious at all, it was very well laid out.

Pick-up is located on the first floor (there are signs for this) and there were plenty of spaces available. All available spaces are marked with a green overhead light which is handy. Other reviews mention the spaces being tight but I did not have a problem at all (and I hate parking!!)

I paid £5.50 for 30 minutes, which was more than enough time to get into the car park, collect my partner and get out again. There are pay stations on each level, or you can actually pay contactless at the barrier on the way out. Just insert your ticket and pay.

To exit the car park, follow the overhead signs again. I found them really simple to follow and everything was well signposted. Just drive slowly and don’t be pressured by other drivers.

Very very expensive. But no alternative at the airport.

There’s plenty of spaces, just need to find one can take several rounds. Further away from the entrance is the best place to find a space(as with most car parks)

Bays are a good size and they have a designated area for people to walk on. Car park is clean and seems safe.

Always a line to pay for for your ticket.

Long wait to get in.... only two of the three barriers open causing drivers to block the entrance by pushing in the queue..... plenty of spaces once in. Easy to pay on exit and no problems there. The lane markings could be better as many vehicles were cutting other lanes (I witnessed four very near collisions), albeit the aggressive and selfish driving was a major factor.

As a jewel, his role is spotless fantastic customer service customers always find a way. The sign are very clear but on my last visit the lift was so slow, but maybe because of the Christmas season under too much pressure but Heathrow well done. I love the customer service

The parking was alright and it was pretty straight forward. However I Booked for 4 days at a decent price (£90), by my own mistake we flew home on the 14th but with the time difference landed on the 15th, I have absolutely no qualms paying for an extra day and as I stated it was completely my fault BUT £77 for 1 day is a joke! I can’t honestly believe they are allowed to charge those kind of prices. I have no doubt I wouldn’t have been the first to get stung like this. Pray you don’t get delayed it could end up costing you half the holiday cost.

Decent parking area always clean. A few minutes from the Airport through internal pathways and a lift. The parking lot is a bit expensive, especially if you are going for a long duration and booking towards the end. There is some online discount vs arriving there directly. It is worth arriving at the car park directly if you have a short booking less than few hours and you are driving to the parking lot from a distance. The confusion of arriving early and waiting or paying is removed.
