Gatwick Airport South Terminal Short Stay Car Park

We actually used the 2 hours free long stay with free bus link that is very efficient and free! No surprise charges for overstaying your expensive £5 for 5mins at drop off and no trick £100 fines for getting it wrong. Just make sure you are in and out inside 2 hours.

So I recently visited Gatwick South terminal and went in the wrong direction to park my car.
The guy at the valet told me exit and turn left which I did and found the parking.
Now time to pay my ticket was not going through so I called for assistance.
The lady on the other side was very rude and behaved very arrogant towards me.
All she had to say sir I can help you with the issue please next time don't go in the valet parking as that's a different section.
However she went completely to a different level and her behaviour was very rude.i do t which company operates the car park they need to teach the staff customer service.

Used Valet parking at South Terminal. Yes it's expensive, but its so convenient. Lost 1 start as i would have preferred to have had collection of car from same level as reception, but maybe they were busy. This meant I had to get into the lift and go down a floor

A bit two pricy for a 5 minute stay and the cost of £6.50 is ridiculous especially if you are travelling late at night. The short stay car park is extremely complex which makes it quite confusing so they could do with a simpler system. Could only give them 3 stars because it is a car park and you can't overly review a car it does the job.

Well at the beginning I didn't find no one to ask for information all seat was occupied I have to walk and walk

We had to search for quite some time to find a space - which in some ways was good (a return to pre-pandemic "normal"), but also slightly frustrating.
We chose the Blue Car Park as it was the first one we approached but are the other Zones also short term? (Red, Orange, etc.) We found it difficult to identify this as we approached.
Otherwise, convenient for the Terminal building - if not slightly pricey.
Better signage regarding the position of the pay machine would also help

Conveniently located, loads of space and right next to the terminal. Only 5 min walk to departures and check-in. Only challenge is how tight the corners are when going up and down. The curbs are huge so you risk damaging your wheels. Prices are classic airport rip-off charges. Absolutely no way they should be able to justify the cost.

Passed through smoothly.
Passport hall quite empty, the army were doing it because if strike 🙄
Walked to KFC to get picked up without having to pay a charge.
