Very convenient to reach the Upper and Lower Malls in the Atria (formerly Harlequin) shopping centre in Watford. Recommend using the right hand lane on queuing for entry, as the left lane is extremely tight on the turn, risking damage to the vehicle.

Too many malfunctions with exit barriers

Queens Car Park has such a long and narrow circular road ( path way )to enter and to exit the car park. Specially the exit circular road is so narrow that you are at great risk to damage side of your car by rubbing it against the wall. The circular exit road on the lowest level just before reaching the outside main road is so tight on the curve that with a large family car you are very likely to rub your car against the side wall. This happened to me and damaged my car doors badly. Car park management knows this and that is why they have installed a long rubber strip on the side wall to reduce the damages to the car panels when you rub against the wall, BUT THE ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I bet hundreds of cars have been damaged due to this fault. NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK, IT HAS A VERY DANGEROUS EXIT PATH WAY.

I've been parked in my car here a lot in recent times but now at certain times I might have to change that because one little incident has turned me off and and I couldn't get back to my car ka-band they charted charge me but £9.50 for like a ticket even though it says that I went to machine and it said it was £6.50 instead so that's confusing and I've got all the way up did ring someone for help and they couldn't do anything so all I ask is for better help next time as I couldn't get to my car but I got there in the end
