Station has it's own office and small cafe to buy food from. It also has a photo booth which you can use to purchase certain rail passes. There are 4 platforms with both lifts and stairs. There are a number of spaces however this is often not enough as it is a very popular station and often overcrowded. Additional parking is within the town centre and not close enough to be able to catch your train if you have to park in these parking areas instead.

No spaces left in the car park. I needed to park for a week so had to park a little inventive. £60 fine. Maybe they should add a layer to their pop up multi storey

Platform 2 access (London) is counter intuitively gained via platform 3 upstairs* Well kept railway station on two levels providing services across the country. Toilets are clean and free. Most staff helpful and there is a cafe shop available that caters for usual travelling hours. Free cycle garage available at owners risk, and the site is home to A to B private hire. Parking is paid for either in advance or pay and display. It's often useful to pay online before you arrive. There is no on street parking near by. Handy station for local town centre and plenty of waiting rooms to keep warm and dry in wet weather. Bus stops near by make for good public transport journey planning apps. Tamworth has a choice of cycle paths which will get you most places.

Went in to purchase an annual train pass for my son. Lady serving was absolutely wonderful. So friendly and helpful. Even suggested that next year I buy tickets or passes as needed to cut the cost down if my son isn't travelling to college 5 days a week.

I love this station - easy to get to by car, lots of parking reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff, good facilities including large waiting rooms and direct trains to Birmingham and London.

Easy to find and you can pay for a weekly/monthly pass if needed. You can also check online how many spaces there are live which is very handy!

For once, a rail station with a decent sized area for pick ups/drop off! Also has a longer term parking available.
