NCP Car Park Newport High Street

Faulty screen in payment machine, I used contactless as I had done two months before in the same carpark and it beeped to accept payment, then they sent me a penalty notice of £100 (£60 is paid early). I appealed and explained why byt they don't care. I got screwed because of their faulty equipment, lack of maintenance and zero care for customer service and decency. Robbery.

Put app on phone only to find Internet link not working so had to pay up to £17 per 24 hours for 4 days expensive for pensioner. Unable to utilise discount given by queen's Hotel we were staying in.

Easy to use and not too expensive, short walk to the shops from car park

Completely confusing and £1.75 for 20mins , never us it again disgraceful prices with whats going on in the world

Central and affordable. I don't know what more there is to say about a car park 😂

Little bit tight going up the levels, cost £1.45 an hour

I have already attempted to contact NCP regarding my recent disappoining experience in which my partner and i were in need of help and there was no helpline available or any person to contact/talk to, to resolve this. Still waiting for compensation.
Won't be using NCP as a company again

Ridiculously overpriced in comparison to other NCP in the same town?! Crazy. Caught out assuming prices were standardised.
