My wife and I ordered a large 2 metre by 2 metre balloon arrangement and were very happy with the result and service given. We only added the pink 3 balloon and the 2 foil balloons because of a specific theme of the birthday. All of the rest were made by Party Mania Cambridge. The balloons were delivered on time to Bury St Edmunds with plenty of time for us to prepare for the party.

I needed some non-tacky balloons for a Hen Party. Phoned them to inquire and agreed best to call into the shop..and that was definitely good advice, they have A LOT of balloons! My table displays were made up very quickly and looked perfect, just what I wanted. The price was very good and staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Super quick & efficient on a Saturday morning, when they were already busy with lots of other displays. Highly recommended!

awful owner / worker? aggressively told us to make sure we put items back in the right place as we entered the shop before we had even touched anything we placed hats back where we got them (made sure because of his warning) and when we saw him he asked us patronisingly ‘where did you put my hats then’ and went on to tell us how annoying it is for him. he had been watching us on camera and was really intimidating

It is a very good shop and lovely shop staff lovely and friendly and helpful i would go back to the place because it a very good and the service was excellent and wonderful

Five stars doesn't come anywhere near the beyond patient and personalised service I received from Mark and Bill. Calls and texts back and forth from ARGENTINA to Cambridge and always the greatest response. Beautiful balloons and solutions to every inconvenience possible. Could never thank them enough. These guys are absolute rockstars.

I visited Party Mania looking for fancy costumes. The variety in the shop for costumes to buy and to rent is incredible. The owner of the shop was very helpful and even personally made sure I got one of the costumes delivered at home. Amazing customer service.

To be honest, it was busy. But it was Halloween and this place is empty usually. I went to buy my son a Halloween helium balloon and got told they aren't selling balloons because it's Halloween and its busy. I mean.... Halloween balloons for sale in a party shop... at Halloween... but I couldn't buy one. Slightly annoying. Got told to pop back the next day only to be refused sale again by a different person "because it was busy and Halloween"

Booked in at the The Varsity Hotel for my partners birthday, which I wanted to make special. Party Mania work with The Hotel alot for all occasions. Mark from Party Mania was very helpful and easy to contact. Balloons were delivered silently to the Hotel before we arrived. Definitely recommend Party Mania if needing to make the day/evening that bit more special for any occasion. Thank you :-)
