I went to go to the post office inside and ended up buying my husband a father's day gift.
The guy was amazing! Very patient and helpful.
I brought a picture frame which customised which I'm sure my husband will love.

Got my iphone phone battery replaced here. Service was great, quick and reliable.

I got this birthday balloon for my birthday which cost £18.00 which is not cheap the next day it went day!!! Was pretty upset to be honest

Went in with my 2 kg yorkie and was told ‘dogs and shops don’t go together’. Poor customer service and alienating customers do go together! Never going there again.

Today I witnessed a staff member make a rude remark to a customer today completely unprovoked and embarrassingly unprofessional.

Then when the customer questioned this, another staff member began shouting at the customer and getting very aggressive and close to them, barely keeping any distance from the customer.

Appalling behaviour from staff members.

Really helpful with last minute ballooons!

I can highly recommend this store, always helpful and friendly two members of staff, I am visiting this store over many years and have never had a bad experience, well done for your hard work and patience all the time.... :)
