Northfield Post Office

Well I couldn't have been more of an inconvenience to the lady behind the counter, daring to ask if she might have my parcel. I've had a message from a courier that they've delivered to 'a' post office, so I tried this as my nearest main branch, I made clear my predicament no card, just the vague note on the tracking. She asked numerous times if I was sure this was my local office, before shrugging and saying 'well I haven't got it have I' without even looking properly. People skills much.

Would like to thank the lovely lady who renewed my passport using their online service,she was so helpful and friendly and explained the process whilst she was doing it.

Went to collect a parcel yesterday.Got this post office address from Parcel Force customer service centre cause the driver hasn't left a card.Awful service,the man threw my Id card on counter and refused to service.Althought i have explained it was the PF customer service centre confirmed and guided me to collect parcel at this post office.

A very long queue, obviously because very few staff available

No opening times printed on missed parcel card. Upon arrival Monday opening times 8am-10am ridiculous. Wasted 8 mile round trip.

The royal mail is a joke. Only open times are inconvenient for those who work full time. (like most of the population does) poor service. Can't even have their own Google account to complain and having to use the post offices one to voice my opinion.

Closed due bank holiday January 2nd and Mondays it opens at 10 closed at 2pm other days 9-5pm. They do not have Paypoint which is ridiculous as its the only main post office for miles so I couldn't top up my electricity and gas even if it was open. Shut so many post offices so the few open should offer all services. Especially for tjos6living in deprived areas.

This post office has to be one of the best ever.
All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful and I only wish that there were more like them.
Aubrey has helped me out so many times in connection with packages that have been mailed and other staff have also been very helpful. Well done to all of you.
