Very friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately we didn't find what we were looking for but the range is excellent and the sales assistant was very patient with us continuously fetching rings from the window.

Well I wrote a review a while back complaining about a product.. this company was quick to sort my enquiry and happy to sort all issues so will be happy to use again their system for sorting issues was great and customer service from the manager was great they were understanding polite and did everything possible to resolve things and went out of their way to make things better my faith has been restored thank you H&T

Had such a great experience after doing alot of research in the best way to sell jewellery and found EST1897 did everything I needed. The two gentlemen Ben and jake were fantastic. I had quite alot of jewellery that took around 4 hours for them to check I was pleasantly surprised with the amount they said and was very reassured and comfortable with the whole process. They were very professional and polite and would definitely recommend.

The gentleman I saw was pleasant and genuine
