Sydenham store, refusing to provide Western Unions receiving services regardless of all documents presented, claiming sender and receiver cannot have the same name regardless if they are two different people. After presenting an ID to present a middle name as they requested they replied the middle name has to be on the front side of the ID rather than the back (where it was printed by a foreign government). After contacting Western Union help line the company clarified all required to receive your money was a valid ID and the transaction code, which was provided. Smells like xenophobia. Bad service.

I went here today, my first time ever of needing to use there service and i was very very nervous.
They were very friendly, made me feel comfortable and at ease.
