Quality selection of fragrances that are different and interesting, definitely more expensive than average scents but the difference is noticeable and worth it in my opinion. Great offers online before Christmas, happy to recommend

I’ve received a very poor service at the Penhaligon’s Bluewater store. A prestigious fragrance store with bad members of staff who couldn’t been bothered to assist me with my requirements!

I love Penhaligon’s, but I have never been treated so badly. A male member of staff was so rude to me when I was trying to smell one of the bottles. I went specifically to buy my usual aftershave, but had to leave as he made me feel so unwelcome. He needs a lesson on customer service, being polite and not alienating a long term customer. I will never ever return after todays experience.

Went into the shop, Bluewater, the lady in the shop wasn’t very nice with a bit of an attitude she offered to help me to find a perfume that I might like and when I found the right one for me she smiled at me and told me they don’t have it/sell it anymore. I was very confused 🫤 because it was on the sample table and for the life of me couldn’t understand why as a shop will offer people to smell perfumes that you don’t sell anymore?! Bottom line , I will never go to that shop again, it was the first time to go into the shop but it will definitely be the last time. Very disappointed 😔

Nice perfumes/aftershaves here, very expensive and very busy shop every time I have been in,also a small shop. The small selection box of testers is a good buy if you don't know what you like

I went here to buy not 1 but 3 and to find the staff aswell as the manager was rude and show no signs in helping me buy my product or to assist in selling to me would not go back here until the staff had training on how to serve customers and have a high level of social skills or change the staff
