Outstanding customer service.

Went there as my bottle of JPG "Le Male" had ran out. Got myself a "work' aftershave as well. Female assistant was very helpful in helping me choose the work aftershave. This shop also accepts NHS Blue Light Card.

A fine selection of perfumes and after shaves

Would have scored higher but they use Evri (Hermes) to deliver on line orders. After waiting for six days they then gave me less than 30 minutes notice before then delivery; did not knock, just left the parcel on my doorstep in the rain. They took a photo and reported it as being delivered. It was over 2 hours before I got home to fìnd a soaking wet parcel on my doorstep. Amazing it was there as a public footpath is only 5 foot from my front door.

OK no problem only one person in the shop serving, I was short of time my self so I could not afford to wait. But have had a good experience before.

The 2 members of staff there we helpful, even though they didn't have the perfume I wanted they still was of help to find where I could get it
