I love Jo Malone perfume. If you've never tried their products I highly recommend them to you. Had an express hand massage recently as it was a special evening introducing a new perfume but their normal hand massages are an ideal opportunity to let yourself be pampered.

Went to Jo Malone Cheltenham to pick my Wedding scent. The whole experience was so special. Claire was so friendly and made us feel beautifully pampered.
We didn’t realise we had to book in but Claire accommodated us despite this. Didn’t feel pressured to buy there and then but have walked away so happy with what I’ve chosen. Thank you so much Claire!

How many shopping experiences are memorable anymore? It's about a year since my partner and I shopped at Jo Malone for Christmas presents and a member of staff named Claire looked after us so well, reading exactly how we wanted to be treated and leaving us with a big smile that we carried around for the rest of the afternoon. Yes it was memorable to us, but we didn't expect a year later upon entering Jo Malone Cheltenham that Claire would greet us with a big smile and real off the friends and family we'd bought Christmas presents for a year ago. Thank you Claire, you made shopping at Jo Malone memorable yet again.

The staff is always helpful and the advice and guidance is second to none as they know their products and its mix and value very well. Thank you so much. 👍👏

Fantastic boutique shop, the staff were so welcoming and warm. Definitely couldn’t do enough to make our visit more worthwhile. I’d come back here again for sure. Oh and it smells incredible too
