I dont understand people that dont like this place🤔. if you dont want staff "pestering", all you need to do is politely say 'I think I will look around my self now' and they will let you be. And you dont get to many people like that in croydon so make the most of it.😊 Love this place and would spend all the time in the world there if I could.👍🏻I buy so much stuff from here

Absolutely lovely staff!! Me and my friend spent a good 45 minutes in here today, found out a whole tone about what goes into their lovely range of bath bombs soaps shampoos etc. Got little samples to try aswell. Was very welcoming!

I went on the 27th of April and it was national Bath bomb day and they gave any bath bomb you choose for free....weather you made a purchase or not. I got a rose one...it was lovely the dried roses floated around my bath. So maybe remember this for the next 27th April. 👍

I went to the Croydon Lush store today for my Mother’s Day experience. It was nothing short of amazing. I’d had a very long week and I finally got to relax for an hour. The ladies in there was amazing, and Louise in particular took a long time to sit with me, try all of the products out for me and was very mindful of my sensitive and dry skin. I felt so comfortable, listened to and pampered! I cannot recommend this store enough, honestly the products are amazing, and all of the samples I got today are so great. I’ll be back for sure to purchase them in full size. So if you’re looking to buy a loved one a gift, this is the place for sure! Thank you so much again ladies for helping me have an amazing day.

Had great help from Jacob to pick out a few things for a secret santa gift. He helped me put together a few things that worked within my set price range and helped me wrap them in the vintage scarf. Really helpful staff and friendly, the cinnamon stick isn't part of the decor but they let me have it as a one off.

Mixed, one lady was really nice and helpful but the other person, I think her name was Michelle was so rude! I knocked a sign over(just the little plastic one saying twilight) and said sorry but she sighed and then in the mirror I could see her proper giving me nasty side eye and rude serving me at the till as well ..

Whenever I visit the staff are always welcoming and very informative about the products. They've provided a safe place during this pandemic to help you decide which products to buy. Disappointed that they no longer have Karma as a lotion - bring it back please!

Not only am I an absolute fan of Lush products, but the Croydon store is fabulous! Staff are so helpful and lovely, I always feel comfortable and well-advised and have never a negative experience.
