Really friendly and helpful staff. I know nothing about this sort of thing and the guy serving me was more than helpful and they gift wrapped for me.

Would usually buy perfumes from here but the prices for some reason have been significantly racked up. I dont mind a few pound here and there but I have just purchased online the same item for a whopping £35 less. (from a reputable store) so not a very competitivly priced shop which is a shame. This review is based on pricing only as staff are and have always been excellent.

Ordered a Christmas present to collect in store, turns out due to lockdown they just refund you without notifying you or even given you the option for home delivery. Useless and totally unacceptable. What ever happened to putting the customer first? Would never use again and would 100% not recommend- 2 family member’s with no Christmas gifts thanks to this joke of a company

Really helpful, happy to help staff. Had a really helpful man help me find the perfume and offered me a variety too try then helped me to get a refillable travel bottle I needed/wanted. showed me how to use it and offered different colours. Signed up to a reward card because I Will always be back to this store to get my perfume! Thank you

Had a visit to this branch yesterday, was assisted by Harrison, very helpful, certainly knows about his products, credit to the company. Thank you Harrison, my daughter was very happy with the perfumes.
