worst customer service. I went yesterday to buy a couple of perfumes. there were two ladies both were unhappy and angry and made feel uncomfortable. sometimes you can tell from the face expression and the way there talking to you. so I ended up with only buying one. Also they literally made me feel as if im wasting their time or asking them for a free perfumes. worst of the worst customer service. I am completely disappointed with the customer service. I will never ever will go back there again.

Love going to this shop. There are often discount offers going on , so you never know when you might strike a deal on your favourite perfume.

I went to Fragrance Shop in Harrow I took my pufum back to the shop and told them the pufum is broken and not opened they it not want to give me any one same one and and they did not want to change it and they gave me dirty looks and at the end they gave me the same one and they was so rude to me and neaver go there again if you want to waste your money ok.
