Great attentive service. Amazing shop & perfumes

The service is so sweet, maybe the nicest salesman I have ever met in London

Such a quaint shop in a quiet street, away from the busy high street. Wonderful friendly and excellent service from Sebastian. His enthusiasm and genuine appreciation of the inspiring beginnings of this company (i.e. Patricia d Nicolai as a woman perfumer) was contagious and made me read up more about this niche brand. He allowed me to smell a lot of fragrances — those that are closer to my preferred notes and others which I was not too familiar with. I discovered some old in different interpretations the Nicolai way favourites (musk, vanilla) and new interesting ones (e.g., lily of the valley, yuzu) and have pegged a few ones that I’ll be considering for a full bottle. I prefer going to individual shops like this as it allows me to experience the scents more fully as opposed to perfumery halls where various scents of multiple brands are all wafting in the air and can be overwhelming to the senses. The scents I’ve tried are done so well and none were cloying or irritating to my sometimes sensitive nose (e.g., leather and patchouli). I also found some home fragrances that I’d like to try. They also have hand creams and hair mists of a few selected scents. Overall a really worthwhile time spent in this lovely shop, with exemplary service from Sebastian, and I’m definitely looking forward to return when I’m ready to purchase my full bottle!

I was walking past this fragrance shop, it smelt amazing from the outside I couldn't resist.
As I entered I was assisted by a handsome, kind and knowledgable gentleman.
He had alot of patience with me as I was asking so many questions. However, he was kind enough to guide me thorough and helped me discover the New fragrance "Poudre Musc". Which I'm in LOVE with.

Sorry, I forgot his name but he was the only one working there on Friday.
Highly recommend to get served by the smart, Asian gentleman he is tall cannot miss him.

Once again I'm back and met with Cheragh he is an amazing aspect to the company. He takes you through the journey of perfumery. I have now discovered the "Rose Oud" for my Winter scent. Amazing customer service as always definitely knows his ingredients well.

I thought I would take a short time to write of my absolutely fantastic experience at this particular boutique.
Having tried the discovery set, I was already a fan of Patricia de Nicolai’s work there were so many other creations I wanted to try and as I was visiting London, I thought, why not?

I was able to spend the good part of an hour exploring the whole range with the gentleman in the boutique guiding me through the various fragrances based on my tastes. The boutique itself is well designed and has an elegant chic to it. Never did I feel any time pressure or a sales pressure at all. In the end I came away with a candle, a bottle of Cuir Cuba Intense and a hankering for Bois Belize Intense.

Whether you want to explore niche perfumery or have already tumbled down that rabbit hole, I would strongly urge you to visit the boutique and explore the olfactory cornucopia that is on offer here. I will certainly visit again when I am back in London.

As it's known, the perfumes of this house are very unique and intense, the salesman was super professional, classy and very polite, recommend strongly👍🏻

The experience was so lovely, its a really nice store on one of the cutest streets! What made the experience so exceptional wasn't only the lovely store and large variety of products but the service made it an experience to come back. A tall gentleman, Chirag I believe, served me and not only was he so helpful and professional but the knowledge about each individual fragrance was so impressive and helpful! Definitely recommend and going back!
