Jo Malone London Bromley

I visited the Bromley store recently and was served by Imogen. It was my first time in the store and I wanted to buy a body cream - a birthday gift from my children. Imogen was so helpful and really took her time with me as I was having a real hard time choosing the fragrance that was right for me. I actually purchased the Lime Basil & mandarin body cream which was her first suggestion for me, and I absolutely love it. I have to say that the personal and professional attention I received during my visit really gave me a boost - I can’t thank Imogen enough for her kindness - she made my day.

I normally by my perfume from liberty's, I passed this shop over the weekend and popped in just to see, I was served by Imogen who understood the profession and she sold me a real belter of a sent, the packaging was amazing and this is why I shop at liberty's, for the experience, this same experience I received on your premises, I'll definitely be back, all staff were friendly and not pushy. Great experience that I don't have to go into central London every time I feel like treating myself.

I have just had the most amazing experience in Jo Malone, Bromley. Kristabel served me and she was so friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store. She took care of me and made me feel spoilt .Jo Malone are very lucky to have her working for them. I will definitely go to that branch for purchasing any Jo Malone products. Lovely store 5 mins from where I live! Very near the entrance of the Glades so can easily pop in and grab some items, I use the candles for around the house and they really do last a long time, the hand wash and soaps are also lovely!

Me and my sister visited Jo Malone on September 14th 2022 for the lovely scents. We had a fabulous complimentry hand and arm massage by the lovely Kristabel.
Kristabel made us feel so welcome, made some excellent suggestions on fragrance and she really knew her atuff about Jo malone products ingredients and how to layer the scent. Kristabel had the right mix of active listening and sharing information. I found out so much about life in general!
We were vibing because of the love of scents a and we share the love of nice smells. Kristabel found me a lovely vanilla scent and my sister a lovely fresh floral. I can't fault the service we were given. Thank you for making our Jo Malone experience so great. You are an asset to the company.

The experience in the store for introduction of the brand’s variety of cologne by Pingting was very helpful and the enthusiastic free hand spa served by her was amazing! She made my day!
