The Fragrance Shop

I went yesterday to collect my online order but due to some reason it was not updated on their system.
The staff is very helpful. He searched my order and also correct the system error. I was really thankful to him it’s really important for me to get the order on time as I need to gifted someone yesterday.

Costumers service is really bad , i entered in shop and stand asking someone to help me and for like 15 min none of the girls care to serve me.. they was just laughing and gossiped like they don't work there ....and then I ask for the manager and the stuff was start being rude was really unprofessional. ..very unprofessional people

I wouldn’t even give one star for this shop but -10 stars. They are so unhelpful and unprofessional. I bought a scent addict subscription back in November and canceled it the same day as the perfume I chose was too weak ever since I am fighting back and forth to have it refunded. They have a useless online customer service no one is doing anything about it 5 months on and still waiting for my refund. So please save your time and money do not buy from them . They will drive you insane and raise your blood pressure.

Bad customer service especially from the fat one

Rude assistant with a very bad attitude, it was the short girl with long hair no name tag, regret spending my money there never going back. She should really think twice how to talk to customers, she practically shouted at me, I guess that's why she works there as she is good for nothing else. My bad shopping there.
