The Perfume Shop Worcester Crowngate

Great shop. Visited today for the first time. The lady serving me was very helpful and patient whilst I asked to test numerous fragrances. Ended up buying the 100ml Chanel Allure Homme Sport Aue Extreme. Very happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be returning.

SWMBO loved the place. I was observant and came back for birthday and Christmas presents. Generally scored me a few points. Boom!

Had a dreadful experience at Perfume Shop Worcester Crowngate today. I was 2nd in queue behind another lady. Young man walks in and is immediately served by shorter of 2 male assistants. I called across to the assistant to say that there were 2 people ahead of the young man and was told to wait and I would be served shortly. The male assistant didn't look at me or apologise but just carried on serving the young man. His manner was rude and dismissive.
I then had to wait for another assistant to serve me. I wanted some Chanel perfume, full price £120 but with Black Friday discount which was shown all around the shop would be £96. Assistant rung up the perfume on the till and asked me for £120. I had to tell her I could get a discount. She asked a colleague and then reduced the price to £96.
I will never go in this shop again. They don't deserve my custom.

TPS have different ranges of fragrance and price. You certainly can not run out of options. Staff are always willing to help. Excellent customer service. Keep it up.
