I started after a friend suggested I needed to get my fitness back up after an running injury. I was amazed by Adams understanding of everything from why we do certain exercises in a specific order to nutrition and health.
Every workout I feel like I’ve learnt something new and of course feeling very sore afterwards and have noticed gains after a few sessions.
If you’re looking to get fit and avoid the chaos of gyms the friendly atmosphere that Adam generates within the group makes doing 20 press-ups actually fun!
Adam is a great motivator and very knowledgable. I'm thoroughly enjoying the gym sessions and meal plans he's set out for me. I couldn't be happier with my decision to start training with Adam. I feel and look stronger already.
I've also taken part in the Saturday morning bootcamps. They are great fun, even in the pouring rain!
Having never worked with a personal trainer before, I was apprehensive about not knowing how to use certain equipment and slightly intimidated by the gym environment. Training with Adam has removed those fears, he gets you motivated (even at 6:30am!) and I now look forward to our sessions as well as training independently.
Technique is key and Adam ensures you workout the correct way to strengthen the correct muscles and avoid injury.
I couldn't recommend Adam highly enough and I'm looking forward to see what I'll achieve through our training programme!
Adam is extremely passionate about his business and the health and well being of his clients. He is genuinely interested in his clients health outside of the time spent during a personal training session and is aware of the need to go beyond just exercise to achieve your goals.

Adam is a great motivator and really focussed on helping me achieve my fitness goals. I'm excited to continue improving and can't wait to see more changes in the future!
Adam is very motivational and always knows how to push you to your limits. He always makes sure that the technique is exactly right to ensure that I am exercising the correct muscle set. Each week the calories I am burning per session is increasing as I am gaining confidence and able to push myself harder.
Adam is also hugely knowledgeable in terms of nutrition. He always emphasises the importance of a good diet alongside the sessions in order to get to where I want to be and is always willing to give advice where needed.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the progress I am making after such a short period of time.
Adam is always there to offer advice when needed and really pushes you to reach your goals. Since starting with Adam my overall strength, muscle size and definition have improved.
I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to get fitter.
