Just started my second block of ten sessions with Steve. Moved my gym as I was in a rut and feel renewed again. Very personable man is Steve and knows his stuff, feel great after each and every session and noticed very quickly I was back to my best. Have no hesitation recommending this knowledgeable PT to all my friends.

I would 100% recommend Steve! I’m someone who has been on and off the gym for years without ever making any progress because I didn’t have any real knowledge or confidence but after 10 weeks of sessions I feel fitter, stronger and so much more confident going forwards and tackling the gym on my own. I highly recommend Steve. Having never stepped foot in a gym I was very anxious about joining. Steve made me feel very at ease and is helping to improve my confidence as well as my physique and fitness. I'm so glad I joined and I'm so glad I decided to have the PT sessions. :)

I started training with Steve earlier this year as a complete newbie, no idea what I was doing or really how any of the equipment worked. Since starting sessions with Steve I honestly can’t express how much my confidence has grown both inside the gym and out.

He’s understanding, motivating and knows how to get the absolute best out of people even if they aren’t feeling that great on the day. He pushes people to find the best version of themselves, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

I would 100% Recommend Steve. My goal was to lose weight and improve my fitness. Steve gave me a meal plan, that could be adjusted to suite my lifestyle, he set out a fitness programme, and I have been meeting Steve outdoors for 40 min training sessions since January. I feel great and have lost over 12 kg between January to the start of April. Steve is a great motivator, and knows how to get the best out of you. Although during our sessions I have called him a few unsavoury names, the benefits of the training sessions far out way the physical
Challenges Steve puts me through.

Can’t recommend Steve enough, extremely informative and can accommodate to any needs you may have, making each session completely individualised to you. He’s a great laugh and makes you feel comfortable and motivated to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals. Being on hand in and out of the gym is also a great bonus and very reassuring! Thanks Steve😁

I cannot recommend Steve enough ! Each session is different and each session he always pushes me ! I am loosing weight weekly all thanks to Steve ! I recommend him to anyone looking for a PT !😁
