We have both been Online training with Stephan since the beginning of the year, he has provided us with a nutritional diet plan and our own training plans. We have both lost a stone in weight so far, we feel fitter, have more energy and for the first time able to follow a diet and not be hungry! The distance training works really well with Stephan's firm but reliable support and regular encouragement.
Would highly recommend the Online training with Stephan.

My partner and I do couples training with Stephan 5 times a week. He's been our personal trainer since July 2016, but the home training started in January and I love it...well I love the results and the price, not sure I'll ever love exercise. Had gym memberships but the fad would quickly wear off and I'd stop going. Pretty hard not to turn up to your house. Stephan keeps me motivated and it's really convenient as he brings all the equipment. He's flexible with our work commitments and more committed to my goals than I am. I've lost nearly a stone in weight and all my clothes fit again. My 15 year old son also joins us for the park sessions now the weather is getting better. 😀

I'd been struggling for a long, long time with my weight and diet, trying everything and getting no-where. Stephan took a look at my 'healthy' eating habits and immediately showed me where I was going wrong. Within a few weeks of consistently sticking to his advice I could myself changing - I snacked less, craved less sweet food and actually felt motivated to work out for once in my life.

His advice & support is second to none and after finally seeing results I'm motivated more than ever.

The best thing about Stephan is he's realistic, funny to work with and I trust him completely.

Initially I was struggling with an ongoing hamstring injury and my Osteopath recommended Stephan he put together a series of exercises which really helped cure the problem. Since then I've worked with Stephan 2/3 times a week and my fitness has improved greatly and I've also lost weight. Stephan is a true pro with global experience in some top notch places, bright, articulate, fun to work with and someone who I'd highly recommend.

I have been using Stephan as a personal trainer since September 2019. I am an older client in my 50's and whilst in the past I used the gym a lot I had in recent years stopped going to a gym and had put on a lot of weight. I needed the motivation and support to get back into good fitness once I took the plunge to return to using a gym on a regular basis, and also to help me to reach my goals of weight loss and better health and well being. Stephan is very professional in his approach. He enthuses and encourages and also challenges and motivates the individual and ensures that you stay on track, but all is done professionally and with great sensitivity to the persons experience and abilities. His approach to working out makes working out with him fun and also informative. He has a wide experience of personal training for clients from a variety of ages and levels of fitness. I continue to enjoy my weekly sessions with him and he has taught me a great deal. If I was to sum up his approach I would say Stephan listens firstly to the individual to see what they need and want, then he looks at the person, their lifestyle and the amount of time they can commit too and then he works out a tailor made programme specifically to help that individual meet their own personal goals. You are always treated as an individual by him and with great courtesy and kindness. Stephan gently motivates you to do your best and to meet new challenges and goals of fitness and well being. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a very professional personal trainer, with great skill and knowledge and with excellent interpersonal skills.

I have been having bi-weekly personal training sessions with Stephan now for around 2 months. Before training with Stephan, I would sign up to a gym, feel completely out of my depth and unmotivated then end up not sticking to the gym as a result. This is something that I have been doing for several years.

Since I have been working with Stephan I finally feel like I'm enjoying the gym, and I'm making the process I have always wanted to achieve. I feel like I'm learning loads and my motivation is at an all time high. This is largely because of Stephan and his commitment and dedication to the people he trains. I finally feel that with a lot of hard work and Stephan's help I'm going to reach my goals.

I would recommend Stephan to anyone regardless of their previous gym experience.

However Stephan instantly made me feel at ease and talked me through exactly what he was going to do to help my problem areas. He’s honest, thorough and very professional. Initially only my Husband was having personal training sessions with Stefan but when I seen the real difference it was making to Roberts overall fitness and body shape, I also decided to start having training sessions.
