Amazing 'bump fit' class, very welcoming and great to meet other pregnant ladies. Amy is very knowledgeable and the class is a great workout designed to keep you fit and get your muscles ready for birth. Will definitely be trying some of the other classes too when the baby's here! Highly recommended.

We have been to baby massage and baby yoga which were both great.

Just been to a class and as always, Amy is so helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend going.
