I absolutely love AK Health and Fitness. I have lost 10 inches in the first week, I have managed to do 13000 steps everyday and more some days. Andy is very good as a personal trainer, he pushes you enough to get you motivated but takes into account your weaknesses and immediately works around them so you can still get to where you want to be! I would highly recommend Ak Health and Fitness. I couldn't do this weight loss journey without him. Honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars 🌟

I started Andy's Bootcamp classes in January 2022. I had a free week trial and, despite the early mornings (which are now a habit), I have just completed his 6 week programme. I have lost 9lbs and I feel energised after the class. The Bootcamp members are really friendly and supportive. Andy has the right balance of motivation, enthusiasm and pushing you to achieve one more squat! I highly recommend Andy and his classes.

Great trainer for kick starting your exercise routine. I very quickly noticed changes to my agility, strength and motivation. Andy is a friendly, encouraging coach with a very disciplined but fun approach. I enjoy the variety of exercises and love seeing my stamina grow and grow. Thanks for all of the encouragement Andy!

I can't recommend Andy highly enough. I did a two week one to one, holiday boot camp with him and was incredibly impressed. He took time to understand my ambitions and then carefully structured the workouts to address the areas I wanted to focus on. His approach is very holistic, taking into account work / life challenges etc. He is excellent at pushing you to challenge yourself but without the whole thing feeling too daunting. Despite the short two week time frame I actually saw results and the sessions left me motivated to reboot my exercise programme. Thanks again Andy for everything!

Since starting my 121 sessions with Andy I feel educated and confident to make sensible decisions with regards to eating the right foods. I feel motivated to exercise and have formed healthier habits. Overall in my weight loss journey I’ve lost 12kilos. Since using Andy, not once have I been hungry as I previously was. And I’ve lost 6kg of that 12kg since mid January. I’ve toned up, got fitter and feel more energetic and better. Andy is brilliant, very supportive and extremely experienced and knowledgeable. I have perhaps before felt a bit intimidated by the thought of a personal trainer in the past, but my fears were wiped away in the very first session, and I feel as if I owe him a great deal as thanks to his training and positivity I feel confident again! Andy has tailored my sessions to get harder and harder as I get fitter. I really enjoy my sessions and the progression of my fitness journey. I never thought I’d enjoy exercise again but those endorphins are addictive and I’ve formed habits that will last through my 30s, 40s and beyond. - I’m nearly at my goal and I’m feeling incredibly happy that I started this journey. Thank you Andy!

Andy is brilliant. I’d really hurt my lower back at work and was signed off. Seriously worried, Andy put me at ease via a zoom consultation. He listened, quickly grasped my problem and was straight into a solution. He designed a programme of simple stretching exercises, s demonstrating first then then coaching whilst I followed along. He advised how to slowly increase intensity. I went from having to climb the wall to get to a standing position on day one to gradual and consistent improvement over 10 days to eventually pain free. Andy’s knowledge of the anatomy and how simple and compound exercises can help is flawless. Highly recommended.

Andy is very knowledgable and motivating on all aspects of lifestyle. Since I have started training with him, I have lost almost a stone and have changed my relationship with food. I feel so much better in all aspects of my life and would highly recommend making the investment - you won’t regret it!

Andy has been my PT for a couple of months and he is great at structuring the workouts for my goals. He has wealth of experience and invests in you from the off. He's a good communicator, motivating and supportive. Working out on The Leas is a superb location. Try him out, you won't regret it.
