After a decade long gap from my training, I was looking for a proper personal trainer to improve my health and transform my body to increase my confidence. After having discussed with a few personal trainers, finally I’ve managed to find James Daly as my personal trainer. I was impressed with James’ initial assessment when I met him first. He is a remarkable personal trainer and focuses on progression and consistency. He has been very positive on my every effort I put in and his constant encouragement provides me confidence and courage to try and do the workout which was previously impossible for me – I could now deadlift 140kg! For me, he is a caring personal trainer who provides a top-class professional support and guidance to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend James to any of my friends/colleagues as he tailors a unique training plan for yourself to meet your personal goals.

James is not your average PT, he is so much more than that. James’s refreshing approach is to focus on his clients’ overall well-being and to develop long term fitness habits. No ‘quick fixes’ here! More than that James is a great guy who cares deeply about what he does and brings his experience and dedication to every session. Thanks James for changing my perception of what ‘fitness’ can be and for igniting a passion for running that I never knew was there!

I have been training with James for the last couple of months as part of my rehabilitation following a back injury.
James has tailored my sessions to take account of my limitations and is gradually and carefully building up my strength and fitness after an extended break from exercising. The sessions are varied, challenging and enjoyable.
James is extremely knowledgeable and is giving me the confidence to make progress with my return to full fitness. I have complete trust in him and would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I started with 5 sessions to improve my mobility after I fractured both my heel bones. I was stiff, unfit and not feeling confident I could keep up with a group class. We started off slow and built up week by week. I told myself I'd only do 5 sessions, that was a few years ago and I can honestly say I've never considered stopping.

James is patient, highly professional and his sessions are challenging but fun. I've come to realise that for me wellness is about balance, consistency and commitment. I've always struggled to find time to exercise and if I'm honest, I've never really enjoyed it. I've joined all the gyms and tried all the classes but I've never managed to stick to anything. My sessions with James are different, I work hard but I also talk to him about all sorts of things and we laugh a lot. I still have to drag myself there each week, but I know its worth the effort.

I started PT with James in June 2021 after having a baby exactly 12 months before and decided it was time to introduce some fitness back into my life again. I was very daunted by the thought of getting back into it but after a chat with James, he resssured me and explained the benefits of what I wanted to get started with. 6+ months later and I haven't looked back. I have weekly PT sessions with James and they are tough and very challenging each week but extremely rewarding. My fitness and strength has been improving over time and I feel motivated and pushed out of my comfort zone in each session. I always feel great afterwards and I'm grateful to James for his patience and motivation to keep me going!

I have been training with James now for over 4 years and I can't recommend him highly enough. I feel stronger and fitter than ever before! Each session is varied, challenging and tailored specifically to my goals. If you're considering personal training in Epsom then James is your man!

I have nee training now been training with James for approximately a year. I became unmotivated with my previous PT instructor and a friend suggested James. I enjoy every session and he tailors every session to my aches and pains. He’s brilliant. If you’re daunted by personal training James will help you achieve your goals.
Can’t recommend him highly enough.
