Great classes, very friendly. Caters for all levels of fitness and ability. Have never been fitter.

I don't think I could talk more highly of ALM Fitness!! They are so amazing, such friendly coaches; whom give the best support not only on exercising but on eating habits too. The classes are fun and can be done both online and in person. The other members are lovely and fun to be around. It's not just an exercise class, they're a family too!

I have joined the 6 week fundamental programme. I had a lovely phone call from ALM fitness, which not only reassured me, but gave me lots of information and encouragement in a professional and personal way. I’ve had one session and absolutely loved it. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Sophia the coach was marvellous, with support and encouragement throughout the session.
I’m looking forward to my journey and will review again as I progress.

I joined ALM in April this year and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for my physical and mental health. I was forever joining gyms with all good intentions, going once, feeling intimidated and like I didn’t know what I was doing so would then pay for a gym membership for months that I wouldn’t use. Since joining ALM that has changed - the instructors and everybody in classes are so friendly, you are always shown exactly what to do but if you struggle or forget there’s always somebody there to help. There’s a mixture of weights to suit all fitness abilities and ALM genuinely want to see you achieve your goals. I’m now a regular attending 3-4 sessions a week which I really enjoy going to - no gym dread over here! Highly highly recommend!

ALM fitness coaches and the rest of the ALM family members have supported me to get my fitness journey back on track with their positive, energetic, encouragement and a smile.

Amazing resources featured throughout the 6 week foundation programme help support, motivate, set goals and healthy habits.
A designated accountability coach is on hand to answer any questions, provide one-to-one support and encouragement.

The fitness classes are well structured, working on strength, core, and stamina. The encouragement to work to my individual abilities to get the best out of each class and working towards my progression whilst keeping it fun!
The early morning classes set me up for a positive and productive day. Evening classes round off the day providing a wonderful end to the day and a good nights sleep.

I'm finding that I'm feeling stronger, fitter, lighter and happier... emotionally, mentally and physically.

I have been a member of various gyms over the years and enjoy exercise. However I had hit a plateau. I joined ALM Fitness on their 6 week foundation programme to get some ideas on how to overcome this and it was my intention to stay just for the 6 weeks and go back to my normal gym.

However ALM have given me more support, encouragement and advice than I have ever received before. The classes are well balanced including cardio, yoga and lifting weights which I had never done before and the programme also includes nutrition advice which I have found really useful. All the coaches are amazing, supportive and really care how well you do. The other members are friendly and welcoming too. I really do feel part of the ALM family.

I have therefore cancelled my gym membership and joined ALM full time. I would definitely recommend as I'm feeling better than ever!

Brilliant caring and motivational instructors and the people taking part are very supportive and in the five weeks I have been going feeling very positive, have lost weight and looking forward to being part of the ALM group throughout 2023!

Such a friendly and encouraging environment in which to get fit and stay motivated. I wasn't sure about signing up but wouldn't hesitate to recommend particularly if you find it difficult to stay motivated. Trainers are excellent.
