After an Initial consultation with Tom I felt at ease and was excited to get started. The way nutrition was explained made it feel manageable and it fitted into every day life. Having 3 sessions a week to attend from numerous classes also made it manageable and took any feelings of guilt away from not training enough.
All the trainers make you feel super comfortable at their classes and encourage you to push yourself in the best way. The classes are fun and I always find myself looking forward to the next one.
I was amazed with the results that I have achieved in the six weeks in my appearance as well as my fitness and also feel so much healthier mentally. I am excited to carry on with the fit4life team post the 6 week challenge to reach my long term goals.
One year on and being in lockdown hasn’t stopped the team from being an elite group of professional training and nutritional coaches. Creating a support group for their clients, sharing 3 workout videos a week and offering 1 on 1 Zoom interaction means I can still get those weekly sessions in which has helped me keep motivated in the current uncertain times.
Hats off to the whole Fit4Life team and all the work and effort they put in to keeping their clients happy and motivated and thank you to Ben who has pushed me at every hurdle to get me to where I want to be!
I have been on a programme with Fir4lifegroup called Fit4life Online for over 3 weeks. The online training has been so helpful. When I first joined I would watch videos on the app, and then record myself and send to my trainer, who would correct my form. ( which makes it similar to physical training, but a more flexible approach as i am abroad)
I also have a calorie and protein goal, which is exciting, because i noticed i was eating way less than was needed. So this has made me not scared to eat. This has also made me accountable.
Overall I have enjoyed the online programme.
I would surely recommend.
The stuff was very friendly and introduced us to everything that is in the gym , the gym was giving me old school bodybuilding gym which just added to it , good machines as well as fixed and mixed weight and overall amazing experience
