Lucy has a great approach to personal training. She sets realistic expectations and has helped me think of workouts as more of a routine – rather than a very intense short term fad which I’d suffered from in the past. I’ve found it hugely beneficial to have a workout routine planned around me and my goals.

I've also been joining in on the virtual boot camp sessions throughout lockdown which has been great fun and has kept me active. The sessions are so accessible and anyone can do them anywhere.

Lucy has been providing me and my sister with excellent online workouts since March, at the beginning of lockdown. Her classes have been (and continue to be) an excellent way to stay fit and active from the comfort of our living room. Her workouts are 30 minutes long, which makes them really easy to fit into a working schedule at lunchtime, or after work. She mixes the exercises so that each class is new, interesting and challenging in a different way to the last. The class structure has evolved over the course of the year and now they are better than ever. My sister and I look forward to every class - thanks Lucy!

If it wasn’t for Lucy I probably wouldn’t be half as active as I am now - the virtual workouts that Lucy provides have been a life saver for me throughout lockdown, giving me routine and a healthier lifestyle overall.

The virtual’s are fun, they challenge me every week in new and different ways. Ive seen a difference in my strength, mobility and my body.

Lucy is motivating, clear and concise in her approach particularly when explaining new exercises and form which is needed when you aren’t there in person.

If you are thinking about joining for virtuals, or looking for a PT lucy is the one.

You won’t regret it!!!

Lucy's virtual workouts have been incredibly helpful and motivating over that last year. Lucy is a wonderful PT and gives lots of tips on how to get the most from the exercises and alternatives if they are too difficult. Highly recommended

I absolutely loved the March 365 Summer Challenge! Lucy is super positive, motivating and just real! There are variations of each workout to cater for all abilities, and Lucy really concentrates on your form to make sure you’re making the most out of your workout. She will help you reach your fitness goals without it feeling like a chore. I would recommend to anyone!

Lucy is an excellent Personal Trainer, with varied, all-over body work-outs, who is fabulous at motivating you to push a little harder! I really enjoy all my work-outs with Lucy and couldn’t recommend her Enough, as a Personal Trainer!!!

Lucy is absolutely fantastic as a trainer, I cannot recommend her enough. She is so supportive and really makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The virtual workouts are amazing and really help to build workouts into your daily routine that helps you get fitter and stronger!
