The best choice I made was to Glenn to train me. Excellent personal training, created routines and diet plans to help me achieve my fitness goals. He totally got me out of my slump to being a better version of myself.

Glenn is an amazing PT. Over the course of several months, he helped me to significantly improve my training, and I know feel much more comfortable going to the gym and following my training plan. The good thing is he doesn't only focus o the obvious stuff (lifting properly) but he also provides advice on eating healthily.

I have been a regular gym goer for many years and in a short period of time Glenn helped me introduce significant changes to my routine and diet to achieve better results. Over the last few months we have been working on my flexibility and thanks to his personalised routine I managed to get to the level of fitness I have never reached before. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommended for anyone regardless of gym experience!

I have been working with Glenn since March 2022 and we meet every two weeks. Whilst I initially only signed up for a few sessions to reach a short-term goal, I found working with Glenn so valuable that I’ve stuck around!

He has been great at motivating me to build a healthier lifestyle which includes reaching my strength and movement goals. I would now consider myself an active person, whereas beforehand I went to the gym inconsistently.

I also gained a lot of knowledge about movements and how to maximise my workouts and keep improving. He is great at incorporating any new goals and tailor sessions to how I am physically and mentally. I can clearly feel and see the difference in my physique and strength, but also in my mindset. I can now say that I enjoy working out and challenging myself!

I would recommend him if you want a PT who is knowledgeable about various types of training (from yoga to strength) and cares about your progress!

Glenn is absolute the best trainer ever! He is super professional, fun, and progressively help me to plan and design everything from the beginning, gradually. I feel this is super personal from diet, training plan, homework, cheat meal and almost everything until we transform the whole body as expected. It is a great investment on both healthier lifestyle, physical and mental health. Strongly recommend.

I originally started working with Glenn to avoid getting injured when I played sport. It has, however, developed into a passion with fantastic results. I love learning about how it all connects - gym technique, diet and the body. I now go at least 3 times a week and look forward to every session.

I was looking for a PT to help me get fitter and stronger for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I was unmotivated and putting on weight. Glenn has been amazing; he has increased my whole-body strength and power. I am now feeling much fitter and stronger and winning a lot more rounds!

There was a lot of extra guidance outside of the sessions, he's really helped educate me on correct foods to eat for training and provided loads of workouts to do on my own at home to help me outside of the sessions. It has been a transformational process, highly recommended if you are serious about training and getting into shape and learning how to eat properly.

I have been working with Glenn to get into better shape and he has exceeded my expectations. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable to really you transform your lifestyle to however you deem fit. He is also very good at incorporating feedback and your overall goals into your plan. Highly recommended!
