Anthony is one of the most knowledgeable TRX instructors I have trained with. I actually flew from Boston to London to meet him and train with him in-person!! He approaches teaching TRX skills from a very practical manner — he breaks skills down so you learn the basics and can add progressions as you improve. If you are looking for a trainer who can take you from beginner to master, Anthony is the right instructor for you! I can’t wait to return to London to train with him again!!

We trained with PT Anthony for a period of about six months, what a great chance it was!! Anthony is the best in what he does, very passionate in the matter of helping people reaching their body goals and full of emphaty and discipline. I would love to get the chance to train again with Breathe Fitness. Go for it and that is it!

Anthony is an exceptional personal trainer and TRX coach with deep knowledge and mastery of his field. He trained me for a period of over 4 years and taught me a lot about strength and conditioning training.

He takes a holistic approach and his degree in sports science means he is far more informed than the average PT one encounters at the gym.

Additionally, he has taken multiple TRX training courses (including sub-specialisms such as TRX yoga and TRX for golf) and has recently passed his Master training with flying colours.

His approach is thorough and always safe; he also has a good awareness of how certain exercises should be tailored/adjusted given a client’s specific ability or any injuries that require managing.

I would recommend Anthony as a personal trainer to anyone interested in getting fitter and stronger. He will help you realise your goals and get good results.

I trained with Anthony in Canada Water during almost 2 years and it was amazing. I achieved my goal and I have started to enjoy training because of him. He really helped me by giving me different trainings with TRX or using my body. If I had not moved to the other side of the ocean I would still be working with Anthony today.

As someone who doesn’t really enjoy training, I found training with Anthony a pleasure. He listens - and then tailors a set of exercises not only based on what’s needed to achieve your goal but also on what will keep you motivated to be consistent in your training. He’s also very approchable and responsive, and a truly nice person. Do contact him!

I’ve worked with Anthony for four years, I would definitely recommend him, he tailors our sessions to what I might need at the time, whether I’m training for something or just maintaining my general fitness. He has also helped me strengthen my leg after a fracture. I love training at the outdoor gym and it’s only heavy rain that may halt a session!

I went to Breathe Fitness to get in shape for my wedding when I was living in Rotherhithe in 2011. I went from a size 14 to a size 10 in less than 8 weeks. It was beyond all my expectations. Ant also advised on specific vitamin supplements and diet so that I could get the maximum out of my sessions. He was very positive and encouraging. A fantastic PT, I cannot recommend Ant highly enough!

I found Breathe Fitness via the Bootcamps that are held at Decathlon in Surrey Quays. Antony has been brilliant at motivating me to exercise consistently which has had a huge impact on my fitness and mental health.
Everyone in the class varies in fitness levels, but the the workouts are tailored to everyone.
Most importantly - the training is fun! His sessions are fantastic, highly recommended!!
