I've been a member at mainstream gyms before but never stayed as motivated as I have whilst being a member at The Performance Project. The small group personal training is the perfect blend of assisted weight training but without that sometimes awkwardness of one-to-one training. The trainers are super knowledgeable and they are happy to support you as much or as little as you would like. The classes are also highly recommended and they are unlimited - if you survive!

If you want to stay on track with fitness and nutrition and train in a spacious clean gym, this is the place to come! The team are great and look after you from day one and always make you feel welcome whether you go twice or 5 times a week. The small group training is excellent with a professional trainer taking you through each move.
No matter what your ability or strength the team will tailor the session to suit you and keep you motivated. You will certainly feel good after a training session here.
On a personal note, the team have looked after me after I was injured and have taken the time to plan alternative exercises to help me through.
Highly recommend The Performance Project.

Highly recommended - I can’t fault anything about this gym. The people, support, community and facilities are all fantastic. After years of thinking I could ‘go it alone’ with no guidance and consistency and seeing no results, I joined The Performance Project, initially on a 10 week intensive weight loss programme then as a regular member. Having the structure, consistency and guidance meant I was no longer ‘making it up as I went along’. Since joining my health and fitness has improved significantly, I’ve lost 20kg as well as gaining strength and endurance which I couldn’t be more pleased about! Overall very positive experience!

I’ve joined gyms in the past and went for a week or 2 then just stopped going but never stopped my membership , but with TPP they keep you motivated and interested and are always on hand to support you , and keep you focus on your goals . The gym itself is constantly improving with new equipment and updating the facilities . The booking app couldn’t be simpler to use . I’ve seen first hand how there clients have improved whether it be weight loss or gaining muscle and strength. I can’t recommend highly enough. I’ve recommended a lot of family and friends all of them are still going and improved there lifestyle.

I am loving being a member of the Performance Project. I am noticing amazing results after such a short time. You really do get 1 to 1 treatment in a group setting so you can relax knowing that the session is tailored to you but that you have the encouragement of your trainer and the group behind you. The facilities are incredible and the trainer's are outstanding. Really recommend anyone to give it a go.

A unique and outstanding gym with a dedicated, supportive team of coaches.

I have been training at the performance project for approximately 4 years now and continue to gain in strength and confidence. The training facilities at the performance project are high quality and the coaches have a scientific, no- nonsense approach to nutrition and exercise. This combo alongside the supportive community vibe, that coaches and members have, make the performance project a unique and outstanding place to train. Their client results are testament to the coaches skill, dedication and their holistic approach to personal training.

The best gym! As a young girl gyms can be quite intimidating, but the PP has such a lovely community and the trainers are very experienced and make coming to the gym one of my favourite things!! I feel so much stronger and fitter and I’m so glad I made the decision to join this gym. My happy place :)

BEST GYM IN SUSSEX! Joining PP was the best decision I made when I moved from London to Hayward’s Heath. They provide the same level of service you would expect from a top London gym and more from fun social events to 1 on 1 coaching to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend!
