Adam is a very good trainer, easy to get on with - he makes you feel very at ease. Explains exercises very well and also shows you how to do them. Adam pushes you but is nice with it. I've been at the gym just under a year and love it!

I trained with Adam for a year after not training for over 6 years and the experience was awesome. My schedule meant I could only train mostly once a week, sometimes twice but I was in better shape training once a week with Adam than I was training 4-5 times a week alone.

Each session was different each and every week, in the past with PT's I've been given a 6 week plan with the basics for each session but with Adam there was a variety and it was extremely specific to make sure I hit each muscle from every possible angle so I worked the entire area. The sessions were always a great laugh but with the right intensity to get the most out of each time and there was always flexibility to move my times around.

I was able to turn up knowing Adam logged everything I needed to know, there was always advice on things such as Diet. The classes were also extremely cheap especially for the specificity you get to your own personal needs.

Adam is also extremely easy to get along with, I look forward to every session which made it easy to find the motivation to go to the gym.
