Bodies In Design are a great group of trainers who are both very friendly & inviting. By the end of the session I had worked harder then ever but it was great fun.

I have been having pt's with Andrew for the last 15 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!! Andrew has helped me train for a variety of different events including ultra marathons. His approach is fun, friendly and varied ensuring you never get bored and continue seeing fitness gains! I lookforward to training with Andrew in 2021 for my first marathon swim!
