I have trained with Thrive for over a year and I can't recommend it enough! Jack & Patrick are very knowledgeable and professional in the way they plan / deliver monthly training plans which meet everyone's needs / ability levels.

The PT sessions / classes are all very structured and you are shown all techniques / exercises before having a go of them yourself. Jack & Patrick are very patient and dedicate as much time to you as you need.

They both create an excellent environment to workout in, to the point where you enjoy coming to the gym!

All the members are really friendly and nobody is judged on their levels of ability, shape or size.

If you want to get fitter, stronger and healthier...get to Thrive!

Just completed my 6 week challenge at Thrive, amazing place, great atmosphere with great coaching, they ensured that I understood and was preformed all actions correctly continuously. Lost inches and gained muscle mass. Would highly recommend giving it a go. Thanks to the Thrive team.

Not going to over exaggerate but this place actually changed my life. Before I got the courage to get in touch I was very unhappy and very anxious and scared about starting the gym and ‘what will people think of me’ but ever since the first ever call from Jack where I enquired was the start of something which has completely shifted my life.

All the guys here are so supportive and so kind and friendly toward you and really help you learn. But they also brought joy to my day too, everyone did… it’s such a nice relaxed and supportive community and now I am exercising confidently sometimes everyday and my confidence in my self and general happiness is just through the roof.

This is the perfect place to train,great vibe from the get go.
I finished a 4 week kick start and without hesitation signed up again. After every session I look forward to the next.i used to lack motivation in other gyms,not in this one .

I took part in their July kick start programme. Four weeks of three training sessions per week, plus excellent nutrition advice. I found all of the Personal Trainers to be both professional and knowledgeable. Lots of coaching advice and alternative movements to help every level of fitness. Best of all was the small classes (10max.) This ensured that the PT was able to coach everyone depending on their needs, so avoiding the chance of injuries through incorrect posture or movements. Real encouragement and regular feedback. I’ve lost pounds and inches, built muscle and feel so much healthier. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am close to finish my 30 day kickstart programme at Thrive and it couldn’t have been better ! The workout sessions have been really fun and change regularly. The PTs always explain exercises and equipment use in depth and make sure every member is on board , never felt left out. Very friendly atmosphere ✌🏼

I have just finished the 30 days kick start and cannot recommend these guys enough. I have been to a lot of gyms and gyms of this "type" but none come close to Thrive. The equipment is top notch, the place is spotless and has a brilliant vibe to it. The coaches are so welcoming, fun, encouraging and you can tell they love what they do. I was mainly coached by Jack and a few times by Mike and they are both great. If your thinking about it just do it! You defo wont regret it!

I signed up to the kick-start programme at the beginning of August. The group PT sessions were engaging, friendly and tailored to each individual. Jack, Patrick and Mike are really good. The coaching and advice they give is great and I saw the improvements from week one to week four. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a good team to work with who don’t make things too complicated and good facilities to train at.
